This presentation will show how the use of ductless fume hoods reduces energy usage, making labs more sustainable. It will allow attendees to understand how ductless fume hoods simplify achieving ZNE buildings and LEED Gold or higher certification as well as how ductless fume hoods safely comply with current laboratory standards: ANSI Z9.5 2022, NFPA 45 2024, CSA Z316.5-20, and AFNOR NF X 15-211. The presentation will also cover how filtration can improve the safety of chemical storage and improve lab air quality.
